Service Description

At your first session, we will be getting to know one another. I'll be asking you questions about what brings you in to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and things that you've experienced that might influence the way you're currently responding to the events and people around you now. This session will also include a time for you to ask any questions you have about me and therapy in general. We will go over some intake paperwork and ensure that we are a good fit moving forward in therapy together.
